£95 covers all the labour required to fix your appliance. No hourly guesswork.

If we need to order a part and come back to fit it, the second visit is completely free. The initial £95 covers it.
Beyond economical repair?
If the appliance can't be saved, or parts are too expensive and you decline, the callout fee is only £65. We refund £30 from your initial booking.

Is there a callout charge?
The total cost of the repair is £95 for labour. If the appliance cannot be fixed or you decide not to proceed due to part costs, the fee is reduced to £65 (we refund you £30). This covers the engineer's time and travel.

No. If we need to order a part and return to fit it, your initial £95 covers both visits. You'll only pay for the part itself.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. All our completed repairs come with a 2-month warranty. If the exact same fault occurs within this period, we'll fix it again for free.

We provide in-home repair services exclusively across London. Our engineers travel to you.
